Fixing Apple Music Issues
Step 1: Restart your iPhone.

Step 7: Reset your iDevice. Press and hold down the Sleep/Wake button together with the Home button until the Apple logo appears. There could be some bug and a simple restart of your device can solve the problem.
Step 8: Open Settings and select Music. Toggle off Show Apple Music.
Step 9: Open Music app in a different way. How? Go to Settings app and tap Music. Tap Join Apple Music and it will automatically launch the Apple Music.
“This media format is not supported”
If you encounter this problem, here are some solutions that can solve the problem for you. Check in each step if the issue disappeared and if not, jump to the next step.
Step 1: Go to Settings app and turn Airplane Mode on. Wait for at least ten seconds before you turn it back off.
Step 2: Restart your iDevice.
Step 3: If you are experiencing this problem while connected to Wi-Fi, try turning your Wi-Fi and router off. Close Apple Music app and reset network settings. Go to Settings, tap General, tap Reset and tap Reset Network Settings. Restart your Wi-Fi and router after.
Step 4: Perform force restart. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button together with the Home button for at least ten seconds until the Apple logo appears.

Make sure that your device is connected to the internet before following the steps provided.
Step 1: Tap Settings from your device’s home screen.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap Music.
Step 3: Toggle on the indicator next to Show Apple Music to enable the function.
Step 4: Toggle on the indicator next to iCloud Music Library then tap Merge. This will merge your device’s music library with the iCloud music library.
Step 5: Tap Replace. This will replace your music library with iCloud music library. Save it by tapping back to Settings and return to home screen.
Step 6: From your home screen, tap Music app. Create a playlist by tapping My Music > Playlist > New and tap the songs that you want to include. Simply tap Done once finished.
Step 7: Tap the Search icon at the top right corner. Search for the songs, albums or artists from the Apple Music that you like.
Step 8: Tap the three dots beside the songs to add them to the required playlist (My Music).
Step 9: From the required playlist (My Music), tap the songs that you added from Apple Music. Tap Make Available Offline so you can listen to these songs even if not connected to the internet.
Now you have access to millions of songs around the world. Do not forget to share your music on Facebook by tapping the three dots next to the title of the song and tap the Share Icon.
Another great thing about Apple Music is its streaming radio. You have many channel options that you can choose.
Step 1: Open Music app.
Step 2: From the bottom of the screen, tap Radio.
Step 3: Tap Listen now to start the playback of your chosen radio streaming.
The radio can also play in the background. You can go back to home screen and open other apps while listening.
